Shipping Costs
We charge a flat fee of GBP 3.50 per order, irrespective of the number of items, for shipping to any destination in the UK. This cost will be added on to the order value in the order summary page. Shipping is free on all orders above £100.

Shipping Address
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will send it again to the revised address given by you at an extra cost.

Estimated Shipping Time
Contact Lenses
Most items are usually available in stock and are dispatched in 2-3 days. Positive Powers and Toric lenses may take 3-5 days for dispatch as these are usually not held in stock and are procured on order.
Value Prescription Glasses
Most common prescriptions are dispatched within 5 working days. Complicated prescriptions, including higher cylinders above -2.00 will be dispatched in 7 to 10 working days.
Designer Eyeglasses and Sunglasses
Items shown as 'In Stock' are dispatched next working day. The shipping time for other products are clearly displayed on the relevant product pages. These vary depending on brand and availability and can range from one to three weeks.
The table below gives an estimate of how long it takes to receive your order after it has been dispatched, depending on where in the world you live. However, these are only estimates and depending on factors such as Internal Customs and postal delays, some items may take as long as 4 weeks to reach you after they have been shipped. Our logistics partners are world leaders in this field and we believe will always do their best to deliver products by the estimated delivery date.
